Shipping Policy

At Belloro, we partner with major international shipping carriers, including FedEx, SF Express, DHL, UPS, and EMS. These carriers work with trusted local delivery services to ensure your order is delivered directly to your door. We proudly offer flat-rate worldwide shipping.

Payment is processed at the time you place your order. All payments are subject to verification and approval before shipment, which may take several business days. To help prevent fraudulent transactions, orders with incorrect billing information or those requiring additional verification may be delayed or canceled.

Shipping Process

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before being transferred to our shipping carrier.

During holidays, promotional periods, or times of high demand, processing may take up to 10 business days, especially for products experiencing temporary stock shortages.

Once your order enters our shipping process, we are unable to make changes, including shipping address modifications. Orders will only be shipped to the address entered during checkout.

Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email.

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different fulfillment locations and could arrive on different dates.

Order Tracking

All orders include tracking.

Once your order has been dispatched to the carrier, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

Please note that some carriers may take several days to update tracking information. If it has been more than 5 business days since placing your order and tracking has not updated, please contact us at jackrainforth@icloud.com.

While we work hard to deliver every order as quickly as possible, Belloro cannot guarantee delivery dates and is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, severe weather, holidays, labor disputes, transportation interruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Duties, Taxes, and Customs Fees

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Belloro has no control over these fees and cannot estimate their cost. If a shipment is refused and returned, any import duties, taxes, and return shipping charges will remain the customer's responsibility.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Belloro is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.

If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

When reviewing shipping-related issues, we rely on the carrier's tracking records and delivery confirmation. Claims submitted significantly after delivery may not be eligible for review.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address before completing checkout.

Because orders begin processing shortly after they are placed, we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made. Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, it cannot be modified or redirected.
