Returns & Refund Policy

At Belloro, we value our customers and want you to love every purchase without the stress of being stuck with an item you don't like. We understand the challenges of shopping online and are committed to providing exceptional service so you can shop with confidence.

Belloro accepts returns or exchanges for eligible items purchased through belloro.co within 30 days of the purchase date, subject to the following conditions.

Return Policy

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The product must not be broken and must show no visible signs of damage or wear.

  • All original packaging must be intact.

  • The item must not be engraved, personalized, or customized.

  • Any signs of damage may void eligibility for a return or exchange.

Items cannot be returned or exchanged more than 30 days after the purchase date.

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Intimate or undergarment products

  • Sanitary goods

  • Hazardous materials

  • Flammable liquids or gases

To complete your return, we may require proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email or order number.

To request a return or exchange, please contact jackrainforth@icloud.com with your order number and the reason for your request. Our team will review your request in accordance with this policy.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact jackrainforth@icloud.com with your order number and the reason for the exchange. We will review your request and provide further instructions if your exchange is approved.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

If you are returning an item valued at more than $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds

Refunds may take 2–3 business days to appear, depending on your financial institution.

If you have not received your refund after this period, please contact jackrainforth@icloud.com, and we will investigate the matter for you.

Warranty

Our Lifetime Warranty covers products that arrive damaged, defective, or of poor quality. If your item qualifies under this warranty, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost.

Please note that this warranty provides replacement products only. Refunds are not available for items covered under the warranty, including products that are damaged, lost, or otherwise affected by warranty-covered issues.

Gifts

If your item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item. Once your return is received and approved, a digital gift certificate will be emailed to you.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact jackrainforth@icloud.com within 48 hours of delivery.

When reviewing damage claims, we use the delivery timestamp and carrier tracking information. Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement.
